I ave a fistula between my back passage and my vigina, can someone tell me can it heal on its own.?

It is important to note that surgical treatment of a fistula without diagnosis or management of the underlying condition, if any, is not recommended. For example, surgical treatment of fistulae in Crohn's disease can be effective, but if the Crohn's disease itself is not treated, the rate of recurrence of fistula is very high (well above 50%).

The fact that you know you have a fistula tells me you've seen a doctor. You need to continue with follow-up. You should not assume it will "heal on its own." It could get worse, leading to life-threatening infection and permanent damage.

i think its a hemorrhoid.. and NO it cannot heal on its own.. it could get worse, if it gets separrated.. pain and bleeding.. not to mention potencial infection, having close distance to your anus..

better get the docs check you.. liver problems are related to hemorrhoids.

It cannot heal on it's own u must go to the doctor and undergo surgery. If this matter is left alone it could possibly cause nerve damage to the legs and injury to internal organs and tissue damage.
