First Aid?

Can anyone tell me some good First Aid Books to study with...nothing to advanced just a "starters" book with basic first aid skills and some info on anatomy and physiology. Thanks

contact your local e.m.s. department(emergency medical service) they will be able to provide you with books for 'first responder or e.m.t. (emergency medical technician)books. these are very easy to learn ,yet exstensive in what all people should know to help there neighbors.

it all depends where you live.
reason for this is that all countries and states will have different legislations and therefor if you perform first aid on someone and more so if you are not certified you would be liable for any incorrect actions taken Report It

The American Heart Association has a great First Aid course. If you don't want to take the course, you can pick up a used book from the course on ebay. They also have the best course on CPR as well.
I have taken the First Aid course, Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and their Neonatal Resucitation Program. I recommend them highly.
