What would be in a First Aid Kit for a dance studio?

I'm currently in a dance group and am experiencing several injuries. Mostly sores and sprains, and I think that it will be wise to have a First Aid Kit available when needed. Can I have some advice on what should be in it?

I'm also co-organizing a dance camp and I think that each group leader should have a miniature First Aid Kit for basic stuff like small cuts and bruises, or something that they can use to help with the injury until our medic arrives.

They will be needing to use this kit for 3 days. The group leader should, perferably, be able to administer to bruises, various muscle aches, slight cuts and minor stuff like that. Each group will consist about 5 - 8 people.

And also, I will need advice on the First Aid Kit for our medic. What should be in his box to prepare for anything that can happen during a camp?

I was in dance for 15 years and aquired quite a few injuries during that time. Some good things to always have handy are bandaids, ACE bandages, peroxide, and Sportscream. It's also handy to have ice packs. They have ones that can stay room temp untill their ready to be used then once you break the seal they get cold. Amonia packs can be good to have. Alot of dancers have the tendacy to over work themselfs and not take care of their bodies. When this happens they can pass out. Espessially if their dancing outdoors. Put a stick of amonia under thier nose and they'll wake right up!!
