First aid for stroke?

How do you give first aid for a person who is having a stroke, right in front of your eyes???

Give them an aspirin if they're concious, if not, get help ASAP, otherwise there's not much you can do but wait.

This is the wrong answer. If you give Aspirin to a person having a hemorrhagic stroke (from an aneurysm), you could make them bleed to death, and make it so they'd never survive because you are keeping them from clotting. Position of most comfort, on their side if they are not breathing, call 911. Report It

Call 911 IMMEDIATELY. Lay them down and try to make them as comfortable as possible to avoid them falling or passing out.

Other than that, there's not much you can do on your own.
