First aid courses in Leeds or Scarborough?

I live in Leeds and Scarborough, and i am wanting to do a first aid course. Where is the best, and cheapest place to go to do this?

I am wanting to do this as i am training to be a teacher and would find it useful to have.

2 places spring to mind. the first one is St John s Ambulance, branches in most towns and cities and the second one is Mines Rescue in Pontefract. They do a 1 day course as a starter.

there is a training course in leeds swimming baths, u shoiuld try there

I live in Leeds and I noticed the other day Leeds College of Technology are offering First Aid courses (they had a advertisement on the front of the building).
