What is the first aid for minor bleeding? |
standard first aid only DEP.... direct pressure on the cut, elevate if possible and use a pressure point if the bleeding won't stop. place a bandage over the wound but don't take it off until you are sure that it has stopped, you could cause the clotting to stop and it will bleed more. compression direct pressure Wash, pressure, bandaid Apply direct pressure and cold Compression, cleansing, bandaid a simple bandade and a little kiss to make it feel better Find the pressure point or pulse point closest to the area and apply a lot of pressure soap and water, and a band-aid with neosporin Just apply a lot of pressure on to site depending on the severity of cut. then after bleeding has stopped clean with warm water and a mild soap but don't scrub too hard.
