Medical tape, bandaids, GlucoGel, thermometer, gauze, cold packs, Tyelnol, tongue depressors, medical gloves (latex free as some people are allergic or sensitive to it), tweezers, q tips, saline, triangular bandages, sissors, vomit bag, antihistamine, esmarch bandages, pocket mask, oral airways.

My basic first aid kit has assorted sized bandages, butterfly closures, alcohol and antiseptic wipes, asprin (ibprofen) just make sure that it isn't expired, gauze pads and cloth tape, and an emergency contact list. That is of course very basic but there are kits that you can buy at places like Wal Mart or CVS or Walgreens that contain all that stuff in it.

Include the following in each of your first-aid kits:
first-aid manual
sterile gauze
adhesive tape
adhesive bandages in several sizes
elastic bandage
antiseptic wipes
soap
antibiotic cream (triple-antibiotic ointment)
antiseptic solution (like hydrogen peroxide)
hydrocortisone cream (1%)
acetaminophen and ibuprofen
extra prescription medications (if the family is going on vacation)
tweezers
sharp scissors
safety pins
disposable instant cold packs
calamine lotion
alcohol wipes or ethyl alcohol
thermometer
plastic gloves (at least 2 pairs)
flashlight and extra batteries
mouthpiece for administering CPR (can be obtained from your local Red Cross)
your list of emergency phone numbers
blanket (stored nearby

Depends in what kind of activitie its being used for but you cannot go wrong with band-aids of diferent sizes but they are better if they are waterproof, some bandages and some dressings

If you want a first aid kid, you can also buy them from stores such as Wal Greens, Sav On an CVS.
