Blue fingernails on only one hand?

So today the fingernails on my right hands are blue / purple but my left hand is looking normal. I'm not feeling sick, I'm not cold, didn't sleep on my arm...

Friday night I fell and hurt my wrist but within an hour it felt fine again. Other than that, no trauma or any sickness.

I know this usually happens with lack of oxygen but I just find it strange it's one hand only.

Thanks! (please do not answer for points - real answers and no "guesses").

Raynaud's Phenomenon came to mind when I read this post but probably only because I have it. You said they weren't cold but are your fingers affected by a change in temperature??
The fact that you fell probably isn't coincidence though.. Please go get it checked out.

You should see a doctor, especially since this might be related to the injury. The blue/purple color means that your hand is not getting blood flow, for some reason, and that is a problem. Cells and tissue die without blood flow!

As a nurse I implore you to go to your doctor

I have that, but in both hands, and it's because i have slow blood circulation, its not deadly, just need to keep my hands moving and warm in cold weather.

But go and see a doc x
