Fingernails on one hand are white and thick? |
fingernails appear to have something wrong on one hand, the other is clear. they are thick and white. any solutions? Hey, just bringing this old question up for a vote. Brittle nails can be caused by lack of iron,white spots indicate a zinc deficiency and if nails are cracked of flaking,you might need a silica boost. |
