My fingernails have ridges?!? |
This past month, my fingernails have started to get ridges. In fact, some of the ridges cross with other and aren't parallel to each other. Why is this? Am I lacking some sort of vitamin or mineral? Nail ridges are usually indicative of anemia. You should take some iron supplements (or a high iron diet), and B-complex vitamins. |
