Orange Fingernails?

This morning I woke up and the area around(sides and cuticles) on my fingernails and toenails were orange. I'm freaking out and have no idea what it is. Please help.

ThanKS!

Could possibly be due to too much brightly coloured orange food such as carrots, pumpkin, etc. or perhaps too much Vitamin A if you taking megadoses in excess.

Try a search for "orange skin" or "orange coloured skin" and perhaps you may learn more.

I have seen health reports to the effect that if you overdose on vitamin A you may sometimes turn yellow all over (or perhaps you could turn orange instead of yellow). The amount of Vitamin A you would have to consume per day to do this to yourself would have to be something like at least 100,000 IU per day. More than 10,000 IU per day of Vitamin A is not recommended and less is probably even better. You can actually die from Vitamin A poisoning.

Its obvious Zach - you've been tango-ed!
