What causes dents on the fingernails? |
I have a dent on my left middle fingernail right above the half moon. I have ridges lengthwise on all my fingernails. They also break easy. Vitamin/mineral deficiencies.Sometimes infection,bacteria,nail polish allergies. Take a complex B vite, girly-girl. Report It The dent on your middle fingernail may also be a type of "scar." Could be you slammed your finger in a door when you were little.... However, a vitamin deficiency will cause dry, brittle nails as well as ridges. |
