What causes my fingernails and toenails to turn blue?

I am colder more than usual causing my fingernails to stay blue. Also takes my hands 4 times longer than normal to turn back to a normal complexion after being squeezed together or put under pressure.

Bad circulation.

Hold a warm potato for a few minutes. Then eat it with whatever you like, plus a dash of cayenne.

Add cayenne to your diet to help strengthen and purify the blood.

Good luck!

poor circulation.

honestly get ur self checked asap this is not normal or do u know u have an existing condition this is a serious lack of oxygen to these areas circulation problems can be caused by many things u need to rule out that their is no problem with your heart go to gp huni but dont stresss out plse xx

this sounds like your blood flow is being restricted to conserve heat to important areas, like the brain.
So in reality it is a survival mode.
It is lack of oxygen to the fingers and toes.
I would suggest seeing a Dr. about it.
I also suggest not getting cold.
Some people can not get cold because of health risks.
THis might be your case.
Health issues are always best left up to the DR.
