What causes my fingernails and toenails to turn blue? |
I am colder more than usual causing my fingernails to stay blue. Also takes my hands 4 times longer than normal to turn back to a normal complexion after being squeezed together or put under pressure. Bad circulation. poor circulation. honestly get ur self checked asap this is not normal or do u know u have an existing condition this is a serious lack of oxygen to these areas circulation problems can be caused by many things u need to rule out that their is no problem with your heart go to gp huni but dont stresss out plse xx this sounds like your blood flow is being restricted to conserve heat to important areas, like the brain. |
