Black toenails and soft fingernails = am i ill?

since the past months my toenails have become dark with patches like there's blood clotting in the nail and my fingernails becoming slightly off colour, soft and fragile. it's definitely not caused by soccer as ive stopped for these recent week. and im really afraid that there's srsly something wrong with me. pls advise. thanks!

Well, it sounds as if you have a fungal growth in your nails, however, I am not a physician and only someone of this profession can give you the best answer. Go see your doctor. I am sure that he will be very helpful to you. In the meantime, get yourself some good virgin coconut oil and add it to your food. Coconut oil fights a plethora of illnesses ( including fungal infections ), it protects the heart as it softens and nourishes the skin and cures dandruff. I use it as a regular part of my diet.

please see your doctor about this one

May be CREST syndrome, Finger injury, Tendinitis, Raynaud phenomenon, and Hematoma.
