How can i make my fingernails stronger?

My fingernails grow a bit past my fingertips, then they get sort of flaky and break off. What can I do to make them stronger?

I typically do not get manicures, although I have had a few. I also do not polish or paint them, and I certainly would never get those fake ones.

I am a very healthy eater with no physical conditions (like diabetes).

use nail polish and take calcium through fooods , you will be helpful

You can take gelatin pills and use this clear nail polish called "Mystic Nails" it is fantastic! Good Luck with your nails.

Take gelatin tablets.

i think ur um..wat is it called again...right!i think ur nail enamel has softened so u should just use those clearish nail thougheners or something..good luck!
