Little white splotches on fingernails???

i keep getting these little white splotches on my fingernails, i was just wondering what they are and what i can do or eat to stop them from coming. I was thinking they might be calcium spots??
thank you in advance:)

lol this is a constant problem with loads of people

generally it can be one of two things

calcium deffiniancy or zinc deffinciany

so basicly milk and fish

then again some people have them all their life and never find an explanation. so some people just get them and cant change it...

if it is like in the nail, it is where the white part of the finger nail is going to grow back in, like if you know the white part of the fingernail? (finger bed) the white part will eventually grow out into the finger bed..if have it to sometimes.
