Ring finger pain on open handed grip (climbing injury)? |
I have some amount of pain and lack of grip in my ring finger - it only manifests itself during an open-handed grip. The pain spreads down through hand and wrist and only whilst pressure is applied. The injury was sustained climbing, and was sudden rather than a progressive, so I'm assuming a sprain of some kind. Any ideas what this injury is and any clue as to how to rehabilitate? See a Doc, it sounds as if you have a contracture. Good Luck call doc |
