Finger pain? |
I have finger pain on three fingers that abut one another. The pain seems to be in the joints (but I am not sure); I can feel it when I push inwards on the fingertips, if I move the finger around, and if I press on the joint area. One finger actually has a hard lump on the side and it hurts when I press in on that - that is on the side of a joint. The pain is mild and I have had no injuries (well to be more precise - I did have an injury about three months ago - I fell from a horse and was drug - and it did injure one of those fingers - BUT this pain seems new, or maybe is getting worse). The three fingers are the pinkie to the middle finger. Oh, one more thing - I have had this for a few months. I currently live in a country overseas with minimal healthcare - and those cases they do see are MAJOR - like HIV/AIDS, so I haven't seen a doctor here. Any ideas here? Thanks much Sounds like you have arthritis. If you can purchase over the counter anti inflammatory medication that would help reduce the pain. Also you can soak your hand in hot water for fifteen minutes and afterwards apply an analgesic cream and this will take down the pain. |
