On & off extreme pain in right index finger. Unable to move. no injury received.?

i had that in my ankle and it turned out to be an overworked tendan. But just because you didn't injure your finger doesn't mean that it's not a result of another injury on your hand or arm. Especially if it were a deep cut or something. You should go to your dr, or to hospital.
