How to help a hurt/overworked muscle? |
all i can think is OW...my P.E. class went to the weight room to lift a little, and i could only lift hand weights with my right arm because of a finger injury on my left hand. i think i overdid it on the curls, though. my bicep KILLS and i can hardly move my elbow without it hurting majorly. how can i ease it along?? i can't do anything i like because of my extremity injuries. >_< go take a warm shower. and even though it may hurt stretching will make it feel better. If all else fails suck it up and go to sleep deep heat and a bit of massaging should do the trick I don't know!! Upper Arm: Compression Wrap Technique |
