How can a hamstring and finger break be prevented in football?


just wondering cause i love the game of footbal and i play but i want to prevent those injuries

By not playing. There is no way you can prevent injuries. As far as hamstring--the best thing to do is to stretch out before the game or practice. That's it.

For your fingers, you can buy protective tape for them. But yes, with the hamstring, you can only stretch well before a game to prevent pulling or tearing it, thats unavoidable.
