What is it when my 8 year old daughter woke up one morning with tiny skin colored bumps on her face?

She had clear, smooth skin and one morning her skin was different. They are not noticable except by looking at her closely and in the way the light hits her face. No bumps anywhere else. I need to take her to the doctor for a checkup, but I put things off -- she's 9 now. The bumps are still there. She had a bad case of the chicken pox a month or so before. She had something called Fifth's disease when she was just three weeks old, and her face and alot of her body were just covered in pimples. I'm a little worried and I will get her to the doctor, but does anyone have a clue as to what these latest pinpoint-sized bumps on her face are? Thanks!

We could use more information. Do the bumps itch? If not, that's strange. I'd be interested in hearing what you find out.

Sounds like a food allergy reaction to me.
