Fibromyalgia ??? |
i have been told i have fibromyalgia. I have been living with Fibro for nearly 28 years-the onset seems to be the worst. The link below mentions fibromyalgia. I suggest you follow it and see where it goes for you. I recently found his resources for another condition and I was delighted with how his healing diet cured me. All the best to you. Hi I'am 36 male and have had this for the past 5 years, there is no cure for it just drugs to keep the pain at bay. I don't think there is much you can do! I have the same problem but only on my left side. When I go to bed, the blanket can't touch my left side because it hurts and I am really tired also, living with pain day by day! I've tried medications, painkillers, anti-inflammatories, etc.. Just know that you are not alone with this illness. You have to tell yourself that some people are much worse than we are, that's what keeps me going! They are testing it now to see how it can help patients with fibromyalgia. What it does is allow you to get better and deeper sleep. It lets you get more of your deep sleep which is where your growth hormones are released. Which it turn means that if you get more deep sleep you body can fix itself better, which means less pain for you. I would keep your eyes open or talk to you Doctor about it. it is on the market and there have been some people out there that are using it for fibromyalgia, and it has helped a lot of people so far......I hope this helps some..... I have had fibromyalgia for 10 years it started after my 2nd back surgery. I take amitriptline it does not make me feel like a zombie and it helps. http://www.fibromyalgiasource.com has lots of information and may be able to provide you with some assistance.
