Fibromyalgia..help? |
I have an appointment next wendesday after overtraining my muscles for 3 months straight about 6 months ago i injurired myself quite bad.. i experience most of the fibromyalgia symtoms {fatigue, stress, sensativity etc} but im not sure because fibromyalgia affects your sleep, i acctualy am always sleeping because i feel tired and washed out.. and it acctualy makes me feel relaxed.. could i have a muscle breakdown syndrome.. because when i walk and stuff i feel like my muscles are getting weaker and weaker.. but when im sleeping i feel relaxed no real pain or anything {but from waking up i still feel fatigued}.. can this be fibromyalgia also sign also? I have Fibromyalgia and have researched it, it seems there are some basic similarities in people, but it is mainly the pain and fatigue. Sleep effects people differently. I know for me I go through periods of time sleeping better than others. No matter the level of pain. Make sure your Dr. doesn't just "throw" the title of Fibromyalgia on you, but does the correct process that needs to be done. A good website for info. on Fibro. is www.fibromyalgiajournal.org My sister has fibromyalgia she has had it for 18yrs at first they thought it chronic fatigue but diagnosed with fibro. She has muscle pain suffers with migraines fatigue and weakness she sleeps when her body crashes sometimes she spends some days in bed when she wakes up it can take her 2-3hrs to actually wake up she also has athritis with it as well. glandular fever produces the same symptoms as well a blood test confirms this..hope this helps |
