Fellow Fibromyalgia sufferers?

Could you share your Fibromyalgia experiences with me? I have a few questions, and I'd also like to hear what life is like for you living with fibromyalgia.
1. Were you healthy as a child?
2. Did you grow up around anything that may be considered "toxic" (like an open sewer or a battery processing plant, etc.)
3. Did you have any fibromyalgia symptoms (like IBS) as a child?
4. Did you ever have chicken pox- if so, at what age?
5. What was your first indication that you had you fibromyalgia? (for me it was "weak spells" that started when I was a teen)

Rp- The neck pain was my second notable symptom, and probably the thing that affects my life most (that and the sleep problems/depression). It gets to be unbearable.

Kim- After having my daughter is when my fibro kicked in fullswing. Up to that point it was mainly the weak spells, but I never seemed to completely recover from child birth.

I have Lupus with Fibromyalgia on top of it...
1. Healthy until mid-twenties
2. No harmful toxins growing up that I know of
3. No symptoms until mid-twenties
4. Chicken pox at age 7
5. Severe soft tissue pain in my neck and upper back regions. Fatigue has set in completely in past two years.
Note: I am a 32 year old male who used to go until I dropped until I turned 28. Since then I have been one miserable person. Seen countless docs and tried countless meds to no avail...yet. Good luck to you.

I do not have fibromyalgia, however, I have a close friend who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 7 years ago. She has it largely under control now and has benefited greatly by getting off all medications and using natural supplements. It really helped with her IBS(D) too.

5) I think mine is from from Childbirth from my last son, I almost died, rec'd 8 units blood. Had hysterectomy done. Maybe a form of PTS Fibro?
