Are my fibroids making me look fat?

I have 7 fibroids. My tummy is looking a little chubby. Could it be the fibroids?

If the fibroids are big, yes it could cause your tummy to be a little chubby. So usually when fibroids are small, its does not affect your tummy size, only when its real big.
