Fibroids or cysts?

When I run I get a naueating pain in my lower stomach where my ovaries are. On a scale of 1-10 the pain is like a 7, but it makes me very nauseous and light headed and I get very pale. Once I lay down after running I get better, but I am still weak. The pain kinda feels like I am getting my period but I am not. Does this sound like fibroids or cysts? I am going to see my doc. Also I just got done running and I started to feel it coming back but it wasn't as bad but right now I am really weak.

it doesnt necessarily have to be any of that.it could be anything else even.if it is a cyst you are most likely to get irregular periods,and you tends to miss periods often.the pain will be minimum and you might feel a heavy feeling in your lower abdomen with the period like pain.but if its a fibroid you may either not even notice or if its big enough you might have pricking pain.all you can do is see your gynaecologist and do some tests and ultrasound scan.that will confirm what ever it is.
