What foods are high in fiber?

Apples
Peanuts
Lettuce
Wheat Bread
Various Cereals
Many other fruits and vegetables

Flaxseed.

Here's some good ones: any legumes (beans), bran flakes, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, whole grain breads, dried fruits, and very important - drink plenty of water!
