wats fiber? foods that have fiber in them please list?

We all need fiber in our diet to regulate our digestive system. Foods that have plenty of fiber are oatmeal, banana, kiwis, oranges, whole grain products, and beans. Its recommended that we consume 25 g of fiber a day.

2 kinds, soluble and insoluble
One kind like from oatmeal helps keep your cholesterol low
The other kind like in wheat bran keeps your colon clean and helps prevent colon cancer

Foods with fiber in them.

Fiber is one of the 7 essential vitamins and minerals. It can help prevent certain diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease, and it can also help manage constipation. Try dark green veggies like broccoli and spinach! Also, whole grains.

bananas contain a lot of fiber.....no wonder why they so good for digestion...
