What is fiber? |
I was at subway yesterday and looked at a picture of these two bread choices that was on the window seperating the employee from the customers. I read the whole wheat has 4 grams of fiber and the honey oat has 5 grams. Of course I went with the Honey Oat since it had more fiber but didnt know what it meant, the only thing I knew was it was good for you since I hear it on the commercials at times. So what does fiber do to you that makes it great to have. Fiber is good for you because it makes you regular (digestively) |
