Fiber Intake?


What do u eat to get 25 grams of fiber daily? (Or what do you suggest I eat) I am really concerned about my fiber intake. It seems that regardless to how much I try to eat I never get enough (based on you know what). What are some thing that have a lot of fiber in one serving because I don't like eating all day just to get in enough fiber (by eating all day I mean fruits and veggies not fatty stuff) I love my veggies but sometimes I get sick of chewing but I have to in order to get in enough fiber. HELP!

Eat high fiber cereals, soy milk, oatmeal, leafy greens, just eat RIGHT and you will get all the nutrients your body needs..stop counting!

If you are really worried about it, invest in some FiberOne bars. They are high in fiber and taste great to me. I'm like you, not sure if I'm getting my fiber intake so I eat these on occasion.

Maybe eat some low-fat popcorn. That is high in fiber. Whole wheat items are high in fiber as well. Read the nutrition labels on foods and you will get an idea of what is and isn't high in fiber.

I like frosted mini wheats cereal.......they're sweet, but still good for you and have tons of fiber.
