Healthy amounts of fiber? |
today i took a fourth of a cleanse pill,then for breakfast i had 3 egg whites,and two fiber one granola bars (9 grams of fiber each) and now for my mid morn snack i had about a half cup of fiber cereal (9 grams of fiber) is that to much.?how will this make me feel? The fiber is good for you and may help you with digestion. On the other hand, the sheer mass of food you are eating sounds excessive and can make you fat unless you are balancing it off with a lot of exercise. |
