Massive fiber= blood?

I'm having a little problem.

I've been excercising alot and eating foods that has alot of fiber. In addition to that, I've been taking 2 doses of Fiber Laxatives. Reason being is that Military Weight-ins are coming up and if they see that I'm overwieght , they're going to kick me out of the military.

The Fiber did a great job of taking all that wieght into the toilet.... but you-know-where is bleeding and I'm getting worried. Could the Fiber be ripping my intestinal or rectums walls up to make it bleed?

if you are forcing yourself to use the bathroom (which i think you are) can lead to hemorrhoid. and that takes a while to heal. stop with the laxatives and go natural.

take 3 tb spoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning and at night. ACV has about 90 types of minerals/vitamins, great for immune system and your digestive systems. its all natural and really cheap.

if the bleeding was preceeded by constipation it could be the cause or it may be due to underlying undiagnosed piles . anyway if it persists you should visit a doctor
