I'm having a little problem. if you are forcing yourself to use the bathroom (which i think you are) can lead to hemorrhoid. and that takes a while to heal. stop with the laxatives and go natural. if the bleeding was preceeded by constipation it could be the cause or it may be due to underlying undiagnosed piles . anyway if it persists you should visit a doctor |

You need to be very careful. You are treading the line. A high fiber diet is fine, but remember too much of a good thing is always bad. The key is moderation.
