Taking fiber along w/ vitamins and supplements?


I've been taking a fiber supplement for weight loss along w/ different vitamins and other supplements in the morning. Does the high fiber prevent my body from absorbing the vitamins?

If you are taking commercially available vitamin/minerals than you are not absorbing them to make any difference, period.

Also, about weight management. What kind of fiber are you taking and will it matter if you are not eating according to your metabolic rate?
