Taking fiber along w/ vitamins and supplements? |
I've been taking a fiber supplement for weight loss along w/ different vitamins and other supplements in the morning. Does the high fiber prevent my body from absorbing the vitamins? If you are taking commercially available vitamin/minerals than you are not absorbing them to make any difference, period. |
