Fiber Problem? |
Ok well before I had a poo problem where I wasnt taking enough fiber. So I went to the doctor and he said just to make more "homemade meals" instead of fast food and microwaveable meals. So I bought a book that teaches you how to sneek vegies and healthy foods in your everyday dinner, breakfast, ect. And we made them and I was going really good then. I have like 10 grams of fuber per a sandwich and everything, just for the bread, and the Fiber One cereal, and even English Muffins that have 10 grams. So I basicly have about 20-25 grams of Fiber a day. And just recently, I have not been going much at all. Just like little peices and now its kind of getting me a little worried (its the third day its gone on for). So whats wrong? I go probably about a handful size (maybe more) of prune sized pieces and sometimes small thin peices a day. So whats wrong? I took it two nights ago. Nothing. I love citrucel - give that a try, I have IBS and this has helped me a lot - have a bowl of bran flakes with raisins.. |
