Fiber Diet? |
So I heard that if u drink Fiber 2-3 times a day, it will help you loose weight. Is that true? Because I know someone who said it worked for them. I also would like to know if its bad to drink fiber if you dont particularly need more of it. And also would it harm my health? I heard what it does is clean out your system and the toxins. So its like getting that Isagenix for nothing. I wanted Isagenix but it was too much money to follow up on. But if drinking Fiber does the trick, then is it ok? Fiber helps in weight loss program. It is not harmful although too much can constipate you. fiber fills you up it should work never tried it though. fiber loosens up your poop so you poop regularly. thats about it. I EAT alot of fiber so its really benefical w/ eating as much as you can w/o worrying about calories. I use the active fibre powder from www.myhealthabc.com, the stuff is awesome and really works. I have lost 12 pounds in the last six weeks and I feel great. You can also get free advice from the nutrition guy there. Fiber does not go into the cells like isagenix. It will get things moving and help with bowels, but not on the cellular level. |
