Does fiber help you lose weight? What foods have a strong source of fiber? |
I have a few questions about Fiber: NutriNerd.com has great tips & info on that subject that will help you I really dont know number one, but i know number 2 =) Good question. fibre helps you lose weight in 2 ways: it keeps you feeling full longer so you tend to eat less, and it speeds up your intestinal transit, so you basically poop out more calories. |
