High fiber diet and supplements to lose weight? |
I've been doing some research on using a high fiber diet (35+ grams a day) and fiber supplements (like glucomannan) to lose weight. Anyone have a successful experience with this? Please include how many grams of fiber a day you consumed, what supplements you took, and how much weight you lost. Thank you! yes ive lost 22 pounds |

Fiber doesn't form a barrier in the GI tract between food and stomach/intestinal walls.
