Fiber diet!?!? |
i started a diet like 2 weeks ago where i eat ALOT of fiber... im talking like double fiber bread and frosted shredded wheat for breakfast and stuff like that... is it a good diet that will help me loose some of the fat on my body like on mm legs and stomach and love handles??? oh yeah heres the personal part... it makes me use the bathroom alot, so is that a good thing?!?!?!? sorry... thats kinda personal and disgusting. eating more fiber means that you will stay full longer and be less hungry meaning you will eat less, also do 30min-1hour worth of exercise and you will lose weight. hope this helps Extra fiber from natural sources is always a good thing. It will make you go to the bathroom more. That's how it flushes out your system. It's just like water flushes toxins out in your urine. |
