I have a bowl of oatmeal with 1/4 cup Fiber One ceareal sprinked on it for breakfast

For lunch I have lettace turkey wraps, 6 oz. yogurt with some more Fiber One cereal.

Around 3 i usually eat 1 cup of Fiber One cereal

Dinner I have brocolli, tomatoes, and chicken..

Is this bad or too much?

Yes, too much fiber may put a strain on your digestive system. Too much of anything is unlikely to be good for you...that's why it TOO MUCH! I hope you're also drinking plenty of water.

Don't you change what you eat once in a while?

yes

Too much fiber
The expert: Melina Jampolis, M.D., who explores the myths and realities behind some of today's most popular diets on FitTV's "Diet Doctor."

"The average person needs 25 to 30 grams of fiber per day to help lower cholesterol and even out blood sugar levels. Most Americans get just 10 to 15 grams daily, so they need more. Fruits are good for this. For example, a half cup of raspberries has about 4 grams of fiber. Or, if you prefer, try cereal with at least 5 grams of fiber per serving. Still, increasing your fiber consumption too quickly can be bad. If you start from a low point -- say, 10 grams per day -- and jump to 25 or more grams per day all of a sudden, you can experience diarrhea, abdominal cramps, gas and bloating. Ramp up over a couple of weeks, and space out fiber throughout the day so you don't have a huge amount traveling to your colon at the same time.

It can make you constipated.

Fiber in moderation. It can clog your colon and cause constipation. Plus you must drink plenty of water to move the fiber through your system.
