Fiber pills.? |
Hey all, I started taking fiber pills to control my IBS and also just to stay regular, I am starting out slow, only 1/2 dose once a day. My question is, Is it okay to take them at night with a glass of water, before bed? Or should I be taking them during the day when I'm eating my daily foods? Wouldn't it work the same either way? I wasn't sure, so I just wanted some opinions. Also, is there anyone else here that uses fiber to help with IBS, if so, is it working? I take it for IBS-D, certain non-soluble fibers will help with this and not just constipation. I use it, and it doesn't really matter when you take them (night vs. day), but it's better to take them at the same time every day to help with regularity. Most people take them at night with water to help them have a BM in the morning. The key to fiber pills is to make sure you're taking in plenty of water. I've found that doubling what the bottle recommends ends up being about the right amount. Otherwise, you will just bloat up and not find any relief. fiber pills. dude. no. scooby-doo vitimines are the way to go. I take it that it's an IBS-C? You should be fine. There have been moments that I've woken up to do my business in the bathroom. Your body will wake you up if need be. So don't worry about it! You can take em day or night, but since it usually takes time for your body to metabolize it, if you took em at night there's a good chance that everything should be flushed out in the morning. Sorry, I do not have a answer for your question, but a response to your answer you gave me. The only reason me and him lost our trust in the first place is because he went to the movies with a girl and "forgot" to mention it when i asked who all was there. Then after I told him it upset me, he went to the mall with her and 2 other people and lied about it. I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at |
