Fiber Supplements? |
I'm looking for some good fiber supplements in daily pill form. I see a lot of fiber supplements in powders and drink formulas but I'd much rather take pills. Any suggestion? Fibercon has new chewable tablets that also act as an appetite suppressant. I know your asking about pills, but truthfully I am very irregular and pills only bloat me up-all that fiber takes time to work and it just bloats. I started eating Activa(its yogurt) every morning and it really works great. A g=friend of mine was going through chemo and radiation therapy-with that and all her meds she had some major problems-she started eating Activa and has been great since-you should give it a try. They have fiber supplement pills almost anywhere. I take fiber pills every once-in-a-while because my diet doesn't give me enough fiber. But you shouldn't use it on a daily basis for more than 2 weeks. I don't have any suggestion as to any specific brand since I just buy whatever is cheapest. just more fruits and veggies =) |
