What does it mean to "Check Your Stool For Fiber"? What do you look for? It always looks the same to me... |
OK, so all I hear is "Check your stool to see if your eating enough fiber". One answer reported/violated to Y!A. I don't think a doctor/nurse would say "Check your stool for to see if you are eating enough fiber," but essentially if you ARE eating enough fiber, your stool should be soft, easy to pass, kinda "fluffy," it may actually float (but not necessarily). When you have enough fiber in your diet, you will probably have more than one stool a day... say two or three. |
