Fiber foods?? |
i'm on this diet (called the fiber35) and i have to eat 35 grams of fiber everyday. does anyone kn ow of any foods taht rae a good source of fiber? i know that refried beans are. anything else?? or maybe you've heard of this diet and have any tips? the links they help a lot. not very fond of prunes. thnax for all the answers! Nature's Own has a bread called Double Fiber (I've only been able to find it at Wal-mart), which has 5 grams of fiber per slice. That's the most I've seen in any bread. I'm surprised a diet like that wouldn't give you a food list to choose from. Prunes! And anything with bran. brocolli, strawberries, prunes...etc. |
