High Fiber Foods? |
Hello I was wondering about high fiber foods. I cant eat wheat or oats or dairy. I was mainly focusing on vegetables. So what vegetables are high in fiber? Black Beans are very very High in Fiber as well as Peas. Black bean soup and Split Pea Soup are a great way to get fiber. fruit is very high in fibre... things like oranges etc. also look into a thing called 'sillium' |
