Is too much fiber one cereal bad??!? |
I've been eating like... 3 boxes of fiber one a week! today, i ate a whole bag...around 500 calories of that fiber stuff and ToNS of fiber...........is it bad? Is it getting rid of nutrients? normal fiber intake should be 25 to 30 grams daily so you may just get constipated and if that's all your eating in a day your not getting all the nutrients you need. Well that is definitely too much cereal. and too much fiber makes you go to the bathroom like crazy, and too much of anything is bad. Its not rid of nutrients, but too much fiber can inhibit absorption of nutrients. calm down on the cereal. :D too much of anything is bad. too much of any vitamin is not good. some can be toxic...even deadly. I doubt 3 per week is that serious. your digestive system ought to be pretty regular. |
