4 year old Penis pain?

My 4 year old so is having pain with his penis. it comes on at least twice a day some times upwards of five times a day. When it happens he grabs his penis lays on the floor in a fetal position and twitches almost as if he's having convulsions. I have already taken him to his ped. and he tested him for a UTI which came back negative so he sent him for an ultrasound to check his bladder, kidneys and appendix. The ultrasound turned up nothing. He then prescribed him a cream for me to put on it thinking that maybe there was some other kind of infection in it, the cream also did not help so his Dr. said that he couldn't find anything and he has no clue as to why he is experiencing this pain and has run out of ideas on what it could be. if anyone has any ideas on what might be causing it please let me know. I can't bear the thought of him continuing to suffer like this It breaks my heart to see him in so much pain and know that at this point there's nothing I can do to make it better :(

Ok, you're going to think this sounds really strange, but have him checked for H. Pylori and also ask about getting him on GlycoLax. I had the same problems with my son and while the test for H. Pylori came back negative, the GlycoLax has helped. I don't understand how a prescription laxative helped with penile pain, but it regulated him and it all went away.

It would seem that a doctor would have already diagnosed this. I have a suggestion, but I may not be correct, as I am not a physician. There is a situation, though I do not know what it is called, but it is where the blood vessels peak at the head of the penis. If you see a few red spots on there, it could be this. Typically it isn't painful but is an extension of those vessels. They surround the hole and never go away. It is possible that your son has these, but I couldn't say. Check it and see, then send him to a urologist who specializes in this.

One of my nephews had a "hernia" near one of his testicles that caused him lots of pain in his genital area before it was diagnosed. He had so much swelling and pain before the doctors figured out what was wrong with him. Poor little guy! And your poor little son too! Please take him to a different doctor and get a second opinion.

If someone caught him masturbating and showed disapproval, that would explain his behavior.

I swear I'm being serious about this. Ask your doctor if he thinks the problem could be psychosomatic.
