Birth control and then fertility drugs? Can someone please clarify for me? |
I have fertility issues. I don't have a regular period, and need to take a pill constantly to even have a period. I have been trying to get pregnant for a long time now. At my last Dr. visit my doctor put me on birth control for 2 months. He said this was to "ready" my ovaries for fertility drugs. So at the end of the two month cycle of the birth control, I will be put on clomid, for fertility. Has anyone ever had this happen to them, or even heard of this? Has clomid ever worked for anyone out there before? And what are the chances of it working and me getting pregnant in the first month that I take it? Thanks so much everyone!! The problem is you are TRYING... stop trying. Yes. you should have posted this question in Trying to conceive. |
