Male fertility question??? my husband works-out a lot? |
my husband is 24 and is a body builder... he works out 5 or more days a week and eats very lean/health, lots of protein and vitamins ( NO steroids ) he is about 6ft and weighs about 220 if that helps at all. he does have a son that is 5 but my husbands body has changed alot since then... like the way he eats and works out. FOR THE QUESTION... i was just wondering if all that working out could have anything to do with his fertility? any info or web sites would help too. thanks! One thing that can affect fertility is heat. It would be better for him to wear boxer shorts instead of regular underwear. If he gets hot and sweaty a lot and wears regular underwear, that can affect fertility. The testicles hang outside of the body cavity for a reason. The only thing would be if he took steroids, If you say he is not, then no it should not affect him. |
