Tracking fertility using body tempreture?

I am trying to become more aware of my fertility cycle for contraceptive reasons. I have heard basal body tempreature readings can be very useful, but i am always way to rushed in the morning to remember to take my tempreature before i get up. Any advice?

[I am already tracking mucus etc., i considered LH tests but figured they'd get too expensive and fidly]

You should temp at the same time everyday, no matter what time you get up. When I was getting pregnant, I set my alarm for 5 am everyday. I would turn off the alarm, take my temp, then go back to sleep until my "real" alarm went off. Check out fertilityfriend.com It's free and it helps a lot! Good luck!

Don't get up until the temp is taken... Set your alarm for 5 minutes earlier and don't put one toe on the floor until you've done it.

OR keep your thermometer on the bathroom sink so when you are going to the bathroom, you can be multitasking.

THIS TOTALLY WORKS!!! i can tell you i did this and i now have a 11 mth old little girl!! please if you have time i would love to explain a few things to you and hints and tips.. please feel free to add me to messenger!!!!!

put the themometer under your pillow or on your bedside table.
